Base Pay Rate: $18–24/hour

Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on KPI performance, client retention, operational efficiency, and bookkeeping accuracy. Additional commission and referral incentives are available for successful bookkeeping client acquisitions.
Morale Financial is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support our growing client base of individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. We’re seeking someone who values organization, communication, and helping business owners gain financial clarity.
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts
• Assist with monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Support clients with organization of financial documents
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Assist with payroll and basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Basic understanding of GAAP principles preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
